Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can generate one Standard 1K design for free, with a watermarked preview. Sign in or register to download it. Free designs are for personal use only. Signing up does not give you another free generation.
Starter includes the Standard model with 1K and 2K generation. Designer and Ultra unlock Pro and 4K generation; 4K requires a portrait or landscape format.
Designer and Ultra have the same model and resolution options. Ultra adds more monthly credits, early access to new features, and priority email support.
For 1K / 2K / 4K, Standard costs 3 / 5 / 8 credits and Pro costs 6 / 10 / 16.
Plan design counts assume Standard at 1K. Credits are returned if generation fails with a confirmed system error.
Monthly credits expire at the end of each credit period and do not roll over. Annual plans receive credits monthly.
Extra credits do not expire, but an active subscription is required to buy and use them. Unused extra credits stay in your account after your subscription ends and become usable when you resubscribe, under your current plan.
If you run out, you can buy extra credits or upgrade while your subscription is active. Extra credits add capacity without changing your plan’s features.
Yes. Cancel renewal from your billing settings. Your subscription benefits remain available until the end of your paid period.
Your saved designs remain in your account. Designs generated before your subscription expired remain available as watermark-free originals, including free designs made before you subscribed. Designs generated after expiry require another subscription to unlock original downloads.
Free designs are for personal use only. A subscription unlocks commercial use, including previously saved free designs. Designs are not guaranteed to be exclusive or free of third-party rights.

No. Subscription and extra credit prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll see the tax amount and total before confirming payment.
